Professional Development Needs Analysis of School Administrators and Teachers in Turkey

A two-stage path needs analysis model aimed at determining the professional development of school administrators and teachers working in Turkey to what extent they needed these trainings was reported this study. First, nominal group technique implemented. Second, according results, training were turned into targeted surveys for each participant group. The leadership; pre-school picture analysis; primary creative drama; middle-school integration with digital world; high-school first-aid; special education techniques changing problematic behaviors, guidance/psychological counseling solution-oriented therapy training. It shown findings that study results differed all groups. As a conclusion, single need approach insufficient identifying it is necessary utilize one or more together.
